    If you don’t have insurance, no worries! We also accept self-pay clients. Schedule your initial new client appointment now for only $110.

    How much will my co-pay be if using insurance?
    Every insurance plan is unique. I recommend you contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage & copayment.
    What if I need to cancel an appointment?
    Please provide at least 24-hour notice of any cancellation to prevent being charged for your session. You can cancel by using the client portal, via email, or contacting our office at (757) 697-2220.
    Are you an EAP Provider?

    Yes. I am an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for specific plans (see above). Please let us know before your 1st session if you plan on using EAP. Also, be sure to contact your EAP servicer to obtain your EAP code.

    Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?
    I am currently offering virtual appointments only. In-person appointments may be offered on an individual basis.
    What age groups do you work with?
    I work with Teens (15-17) and Adults (18+).
    Do you offer evening & weekend appointments?
    Yes, I offer evening & weekend appointments. Click on ‘Schedule an Appointment’ to see my current availability.
