Services

Individual therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space where individuals will have the opportunity to explore and understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. During the initial visit, the client & therapist will discuss clinical history and present concerns to develop a plan with actionable goals.

Group Therapy

Join a community of like-minded individuals that uplift and encourage one another. Overcome obstacles like depression, grief, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma by giving and receiving support from others who understand.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy is counseling to resolve issues within a relationship. The couple will meet with the therapist together to help identify and solve underlying problems causing conflict and distress. The couple will work with the therapist to learn skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and coping strategies to improve the relationship.

LCSW License Supervision

One of our experienced, licensed clinicians will provide mentorship, guidance and feedback via regular meetings and hands-on experience help you meet training and education requirements towards licensure.

Leyana Stevenson LCSW, MAC, CSAC, CSOTP

I am the owner, Clinical Director, and Lead Clinician for Complete Adult & Family Care. I was born in Brooklyn, NY, but I am a traveler at heart. I'm an extroverted mother of two (one diagnosed with autism), an enneagram 8, and a plant lover. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I am licensed to service clients who live in Virginia and New York. I specialize in working with clients through trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, sexual assault, gender reassignment, managing parenting demands, and so much more! A few therapy approaches I use are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. My goal is to provide and explore tools so life doesn't feel so overwhelming. I want to help you feel supported and better equipped in your day-to-day activities. I look forward to working with you soon!

Fatu Beakoi, MSW

“My name is Fatu Tina Beakoi, PPS, MSW Supervisee in Social Work. I am a Therapist based out of Virginia. I enjoy working with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, stress, and career challenges. I also help individuals who have suffered from trauma and emotional abuse. My therapeutic style is active listening, empathy, and warmth. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and allowing them to move at their own pace while simultaneously challenging them to work towards their treatment goals. My approach combines Strength-based, solution-focus, cognitive-behavior therapy, and a heavy focus on mindfulness. I believe in formulating every therapeutic approach to each specific individual’s needs.

Shelby Bigelow, MSW

My name is Shelby Bigelow, MSW Supervisee in Social Work. I am a Therapist based in Virginia. I have experience working as a Registered Behavioral Technician in ABA therapy as well as an Intensive in Home Counselor, and a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor. I have a passion for working with clients who struggle with various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, body dysphoria, stress, ADHD, ODD, and parenting issues. I also have a strong passion for working with those suffering from trauma, and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. My therapeutic approach consists of strength-based, empowerment, cognitive-behavior therapy, systems theory-based, and solution-focused, with a strong focus on self-efficacy and mindfulness. To help empower the client, I believe in formulating many approaches and tailoring to the client's specific needs I look forward to helping you empower yourself to take control of your own life. This process may seem scary but could be the push you need to be the best version of yourself.

Hello! My name is Anber and I am an MSW student. I view therapy as a way to discover our own voices, advocate for ourselves and become a stronger version of who we already are. My approach is strength-based, client focused where the client guides the treatment plans and sessions. I have worked as a one on one clinician for a variety of clients including individuals who have had various sorts of trauma and various mental health diagnoses. I believe everyone has something we struggle with and I want to help as much as I can.

You may contact Complete Adult & Family Care to let us know the billed charges are higher than the Good Faith Estimate. You can ask them to update the bill to match the Good Faith Estimate, ask to negotiate the bill, or ask if there is financial assistance available. You may also start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, you must start the dispute process within 120 calendar days (about 4 months) of the date on the original bill.

There is a $25 fee to use the dispute process. If the agency reviewing your dispute agrees with you, you will have to pay the price on this Good Faith Estimate. If the agency disagrees with you and agrees with the health care provider or facility, you will have to pay the higher amount.

Keep a copy of this Good Faith Estimate in a safe place or take pictures of it. You may need it if you are billed a higher amount.
